The closeout in this case is good news. MMs usually wait until near the close if they think the stock is falling. This MM obviously think it is rising.

Still means someone is trying to sell at the bid (.001) meaning they are most likely taking a hefty loss. At the very best, they are breaking even.

Need to stop all the selling at the bid before we move up.
