You are not listening to those who actually saw it. Its unfortunate you couldn't make it to the open house to see the demo. The RSNA was not a good show for Dean. Maybe he will do better this year, he should take the real machine, not a plastic shell. Remember, I said many times, I'm not impressed by dean's ability as CEO. He has a fantastic product in the DViS, but does not know how to promote it properly and get it through FDA approval. That is where the consultants come in. the experts will take care of the details and Dean can put it all together.

By the way:
The DViS is real, it does near real time 3D!
Everyone at the Open House saw it work!
Financing is not a problem!
Dilution is not a problem!
Approval and buyout is on the way!

I know a radiologist who read the patent, went to RSNA, talked with Dean, saw images from the machine and was impressed enough to invest.

The share price has gone back to where it was before the last submission and before the last run-up. (Actually it is higher than it was two years ago).

The FDA did not reject it. It said that there wasn't good enough material to declare it substantially equivalent to the predicate devices. They then gave a road map to get this approved which is what Dean and the four consultants are following.

The law firm, MWE, did not quit. They finished their assignment of developing a strategy which is now being followed. It is my understanding that Jim Cohen will join the team for the FDA meeting.
