Dilution. You might be referring to what I posted earlier when I said.... "Thanks for the dilution warning SMF. 17 million shares will dilute by about 4%. I've therefore adjusted my calculation on the price of the stock after approval in 1Q12 from $3.40 to $3.26. I appreciate your help."
