hey..I'll give the guy the benifit of the doubt. At least he HAS products and deals to get those products to market!!! And he's been very up front about everything. If he wants to spend his own money on race cars and boats, fine by me.

I will expect an even 1/1 or possible even 2/1 share exchange of SPWP stock into whatever the new company is.

When I hear how the exchange will be handled and the details, I'll decide what to do with my shares.
