Especially since it's NOT: all profit, with very few appreciable expenses. True for BBFL, "Mikey has earned his trust", but then again it's likely Mikey has earned something else ... $$$. The Bart gang hasn't been working for free these past 5 yrs. That $4M is their pay day. It's gone BBFL. Besides direct compensation, what is left over could easily be channeled to the preferred stock as a divy. Accrued value to the common stock: $0.00.

What's more interesting is that expectations have gone from pie in the sky $20M-$70M down to $4M (or $3.5M final payment), and labelled as great news. After all it's sumpthin! Yeah, something for the Bart gang to get paid with.
