ALCL is in a DD period and have not closed a Textraw merger.

Not saying they will or won't finalize that merger.

So the question is who really owns Textraw today?

After the SKGO announcement of finalized merger and the immediate dumping of over 600 million shares at .0001 what did SKGO do with that money if it wasn't to finance Textraw?
