A different stock that I owned when from OTC to NasDaq and then to pink. The law firm that I talked to wanted all the details of my trades. The biggest surprise was when the firm indicated that OTC trades are not that reliable to pursue class action lawsuits on. They focus on trades when the company was listed on the NasDaq only.
With this in mind, I do not see JBII being harmed by any lawsuit because the financials were restated. JBII lawyers can easily make the argument that, 1) JBII is on a smaller more volatile exchange, and 2) JBII has no institutional investors (owning significant share count- that I can find). JMO
