I've seen that signal chart before ... its a little bit too simple. There are a lot of other trades that also would throw a flag, like 241 or 117, for instance. Then again, why wouldn't they just call each other on their cells and make deals directly over the phone?
My personal opinion is that those odd trade sizes are codes not for other MMs, but for other "in the know" investors.
