JBII will probably file a petition for summary judgment hoping to get the cases thrown out. If the court does not find enough merit on the claims, then summary judgement w/b granted on behalf of JBII and cases dismissed.

If the Court deems there is enough merit to proceed, then class action suites will eventually be consolidated into one case, unless, of course, a settlement is reached.
