It's elementary logic and requires no inside information whatsoever.
If Kim knew that results from the GMs were due in a few days and he was highly optimistic about them, it would be outright stupid to go ahead and do a withdrawal beforehand when the share price KBLB could receive could easily be 5 to 10 times as much after a PR has been put out. Under such circumstances there is simply no way he would make a prior withdrawal.
What he'd do is to time the put for the withdrawal so that the 10 day period that the calculation for the share price received would be base on would all be after the PR. That's a "no-brainer" if there ever was one!
The PR (of results of the ZF GMs) will NOT be timed around the put for a CSC withdrawal. The put for the CSC withdrawal will be timed around the PR.
(Since American English isn't your native language, a "no-brainer" is something so obvious that it doesn't require using your brain to figure it out.)
