Remember that Tivus decreased it from 2 billion to 300,000,000 without our permission. Knowing what they knew, it was a bad move to go lower than 1 billion shares. We would all be happy right now rather than feeling like we have been ripped. A RS would be a disaster and probably permanently hurt shareholder relationships. The third time is a back breaker. They probably thought share price would hold and we wouldn't come anywhere close to 300,000,000. They just made a bad decision. Now how do you clean it up with this convert/angel investor/derivative mess they bought into? My guess is increase the AS to 750,000,000 and pray that we get MONEY ASAP in order to stop the bleeding of cheap shares. Once money is in, go to a share buy back quickly and shrink the AS and OS. It can be done, but requires discipline and financial insight. R3 Fry Guppy
