Olanda, 8/15/11 buyout results stated O/S of 263,833,333 shares. 100,000,000 likely controlled by HNS Funds. That deal closed 6/24/11. See the sales for that day, same day buyout announced. That is 37.9% against. 23.5% were for it per the results.

I own 11.6% and was for it. I still have the shares. Average is $0.0038 and I won't sell at a loss.
