I got an email back from MinnPack today that stated:

Hi Boilerup72,


The situation with Healthnostics is this: They are putting the finishing touches on a piece of Packaging equipment that is to be finished in early September. They have committed to a space, but I can’t add them to the exhibitor list until they actually sign the contract, which will be done when they have confirmed that the equipment is completed and working. If you like, I’ll shoot you an e-mail once they become an “official” exhibitor.

This is the sales rep listed on the MinnPack website. While I agree I would rather it say they ARE under contract I do like the fact that it is 3rd party proof that they actually have the Microfill machine and are fine tuning it in advance of the trade show. I think this is a good email personally but I am sure most will see the negative in it....Of course they emailed it to me and not Boilerup72 I just changed my name for posting
