1. for broke and indebted NeoMedia he was @ $130k/yr + perks / ain't no chicken scratch
2. hell, a sale could be in the past and were just looking at windshield splatter from here forward
3. fair & reasonable counter...would like to see more revenue as well, but that is not always a prognosticator to a sale, especially considering pro forma trends - remember we don't know anything about their (NDA) brand partners
