#5341 RE: j19l56s #5339

If the information smells rotten, it is most likely the case. I have seen so many penny stocks this week being pumped like crazy. None of them were able to sustain their peak pps or even near it. I'm very happy that WRIT's pps support level has been holding well.

Obviously, pps goes lower due to a variety of reasons. It could be short selling, lack of interest (traders moving cheddar to another equity such as mmtc, crwv, etc), frightened by false information, and personal difficulties (due to the economy). But when you have cheddar in a company/equity run by well known, proven, and experience individuals, why would you sell out your shares and invest it in a more riskier penny stock? Now, if you want to trade another penny stock, that's fine. Get in, get out, make a little cheddar on the side, then possibly reinvesting in WRIT at its basement price. That makes perfect sense.

To all WRIT investors and traders, you should be happy and proud to own shares of this company. Soon, you'll be smiling and giggling like a 13 year old girl going to a Justin Bieber concert. Oh by the way, I was being realistic about the .15-.25 pps when the porterhouse steak comes off of the grill. Have a great day, bye.
