These two guys are crooks, so they have something in mind for XKEM or they wouldn't have bought the company. It is now a shell with no debt. How long does it take to have the "Q" removed? Anyone?

Swift got xkem for nothing and gas takrn the shareholders to the cleaners.I don't understand why Swift has done to us and getting rid of Dr Pandy's company for the drug that helped people in NIGERIA.How is it not imposible for Dr Pandy to issue a lawsuite against Swift and Burk for destroying his own company and screwing the shareholders?
