This P&D attempt can fly, of course. It's the same Canadian/Russian team that "worked" on AURC and Zoloto Ventures. Now they paid $35K to promoters and trying to sell the same Roshal pile assets, which Krong/Puma/Aurus received for free from Kosyakov Chemical Plant under the new symbol:

The fact that they haven't even paid ~ 200K Delaware 2010 taxes before starting this PR attack is an evidence that this "fly" (if any) won't last long. Insiders are probably selling shares already on any uptick.
