Actually there is a form of dilution here, but not typical. it comes through Asher notes, of which there are 6. the 1-5 have been converted and the 6th one is on the way out the door, and actually may be completed.
the market has absorbed these shares amazingly and accumulation is way up.
AAVG has committed to not diluting more shares, but unfortunately the Asher notes were old and can't do anything about them.
I am not concerned about these notes since the market has taken them on and pps has held strong.
once #6 is completed, AAVG should fly! it could be any day now!
