ELRA chart breakout?

Close @ .007 is just a tiny bit above the 50 day moving average (blue line). If we can clear out those .007's and get a bid of .007 or better we could have a breakout of the 50 day, which would be very bullish, and make for a run back to .01+ in the near-term.

Next real resistance after that is around .016 (200 day)
