He has zero evidence, hence the lack of reply.

in the past 2 years, there were 25 million shares issued for cash

of those 11.8 million were to CSC, there is NO comment made on the financials as to which share sales were to csc or not......we do know the cost basis of those shares issued to csc.....which shows KBLB didnt start issuing shares to CSC(per the LOC) until SEPTEMBER 2010

The filings show otherwise, all of the recent share for cash issuances were for 100 thousand dollars, i believe 3 of them at that number.

And to zinc.... no KBLB can't just stop "borrowing" money from CSC, KBLB IS UNDER CONTRACT TO MAINTAIN IR/PR "RELATED TO" CSC.......does that make sense to everyone or not.......that means Kim will be forced to spend millions of shares WHETHER OR NOT Kim uses the LOC...........

Ben hansel got 20 million shares per the LOC terms.

that is what is called an "opinion"

I notice that everytime someone says I have spread lies and been proven false, never once do they include what I have "lied about" or been proven false about. PROVE ME WRONG.

itemize a list of the specific lies and such I have spread, but be very specific.
