Aside from the dismal financial performance of the company- large losses, almost 0 revenues, I think it's easy to see why the price fell as soon as the 2009 YE figures were released -
Shares issued during 2009 - 176 million to Spencer, 142 million to his wife, 55 million to Mark Peele, and 91 million to various others by my count. That accounts for 464 million of the 546 million shares outstanding, or about 85%. Of those, about 300 million were issued in the 2nd half of 2009, mostly to Spencer and his wife.

Included in the above figures are 52.5 million shares to Noah Clark, Jr, presumably for "Noah Clark Jr. has reportedly extended its contract with GeckoSystems and will continue to help it obtain the necessary finances to initiate manufacturing processes of its personal robot, CareBot, beginning with the first at home evaluation trials. GeckoSystems is involved in providing solutions to the Mobile Service Robot (MSR) segment; it has in the past provided some cutting edge applications developed with the adage, “Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service.”

It had nothing to do with message boards.
