They didn't need to. Being slightly inaccurate on time frames is far from misleading or fraud.

You are going to have to do a lot better than such a minor issue to warrant a class action.

Listen Long I am hardly someone that will sing praises for SNEY or their management. In fact I think Parent needs to be immediately removed from the company if they stand a chance of moving forward. Now with that said I find no evidence they are a scam. The reality is they appear to be poorly managed as a company.

I have seen nothing that warrants a class action and can pretty much guarantee you will not find an attorney that would pick up that case.

If you do not like they company than move on and if you firmly believe its a scam than try to come up with proof to such accusations. I am sure we would all take you serious if you could back up your statements.
