Nadendla, I see you constantly mentioning "par value" in regards to this stock. It seems that "par value" is pretty much a meaningless term nowadays.

I'm not trying to be negative, I'm just curious as to your constant use of the term and apparently relating it somehow to the current stock price. Can you explain in what context you are using the term "par value".

And just so you'll know, I am watching this stock closely and will likely take a position at some time in the near future.
