Not sure all of what happened with your transactions today, but I know that if you put a limit on a buy order, it is a market order if the market price is LESS than your limit price... "I'll buy the stock, but I'll pay NO MORE than .02, .02 is my LIMIT!" so it will perform the order at any price under your limit price... and opposite for a sell order.. "I will sell, but for NO LESS than (limit price)..."
