Keep in mind that UTOG is transitioning. When the previous CEO took over, they were an acquisition company. He was skilled in acquisitions but not so much in production. Now that they are working to pull oil out of the ground, they are an oil production company and that requires a different set of skills.
This may also explain why UTOG rapidly acquired so many properties in such a short time without developing any of them.
