In any case the notorious Big Apple Consulting (just recently trounced by the SEC in federal court for issuing false PRs and selling unregistered penny stock) joined Apple Rush Co. in September 2009 as eight percent owner and investor relations. APRU was then transformed from a garden-variety con run by several penny stock dirtbags with a shabby history of hyping shares and fibbing (politely put) to shareholders and the public to a full-blown professionally orchestrated scam with Big Apple and its minions pumping and dumping like mad based on a frenzied stream of false or misleading information.
