I am a new investor to CNUV recently.

I just spoke with Henry Fong this morning, he said all is well and the news is to be out in the next few days regarding the closing of the aquisition.

He also said they are looking to create with surgline a core business model and then Surgline will expand from there.

Sounds very solid
