I fail to understand your argument. The figures you quoted are for the adjustment to the first installment done on Sept 22.

The second pre installment amount was issued on Sept 24 and it would include the 20 business days of Sept 23 and earlier.

The issue price is for the automatic conversion dates and the pre-automatic conversion dates are calculated with respect to those different dates. They are not the same.
