Yes indeed, and we could get that announcement at anytime and the stock could be over .10 in a matter of minutes... especially considering much of the float is in very long hands..

There are plenty of connections with MLV, HDI, and the Middle East and China connections the directors have been working on to see it all come together nicely and make it happen.

This is already on some radars for sure, but watch what happens when it gets on a much bigger radar..
