Not sure why a few of you on here have to read much more into it.

But that's the point, there is nothing more to be read into it. Will the Berlin saga add accrued value to the common stock? No. Did the PPS going from 001 o 0019 occur with increasing volume, in response to a company PR? No. Does a 400K stock volume based on recent past history indicate renewed buying interest? No. Yet last week was exciting can't wait till next week? Well, the stock is off to 0 shares of exciting volume currently.
