Our Atlantic Salmon is premium quality farmed in open pen harvesting and soon we'll also have wild available as well. I've had both wild and (our) farmed and find the taste and consistency of texture and oil content in our farmed quality to be superior to wild. As there is a huge market for both, we intend to offer both.
