imo, it was the pr euphoria from the company, something like "TECO Strikes Oil" and the buying frenzy that occurred and the mm having a ball filling the buy orders.

The pr,as i recall,quickly turned into a lot of 'false hope or fluff', given the dramatically dwindling amount of oil actually being pumped and the sellers falling all over each other to get out. Something like that ocurred, as i recall.
