that i was saying you don't have your own, nor is that position, opinion, "wrong" per se.

i was trying to dig down to find out what you were really getting at..

the filings show that in actuality, shares were given to ENTI, for MMX. that much is clear.

the "nothing" aspect, giving away MMX for "nothing", isn't accurate, EXCEPT, if one is considering their personal position....

then i was saying, "yes", you're right that MMX was given to another company for nothing received by ENTI shareholders, "YET".

i don't find your positions really unreasonable almost all the time sterl, just like to clarify and have dialogue where others are reasonable and willing, which you've been..
