I am talking price per square foot. That is warehouse prices for a Grade A building.

There aren't 11 employees in Atlanta. 2 to 3 tops.

I don't think this has any reflection on current management. They have to honor the contract of a CEO who has long ago left the company. That is good, respectable business sense.

The only option they would have is trying to sub a sub and good luck with that.
