Sooo what was the OUTCOME of this case? Many people have been sued before. Doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do, or that they were responsible does it?

For example, if the company were to sue you for slander and libel, and the judge dismissed it, or the jury decided in your favour, that doesn't mean you did anything wrong just that someone was so offended that they sued you.

Or if you were driving thru a stop light and someone hits you, claims that you ran the light and decided to sue you. Doesn't mean that you did something wrong, just that someone was looking for a handout.
