Thanks for the legal lesson, but my premise is My own logical deduction, so I think I'm safe- lol. As far as Today, well yes, I stick by that. As fast as sentiments can change in pink world, I think the show Today and Yesterday was a little more than anecdotal. I was impressed with the resolve of the Longs to realize that the Company is well managed , and if they want the A/S to increase, it's for a good reason, and in the best interest of the Company and shareholders. To think otherwise is to question why one is even here. We are on the same team, I think, so let's just see what MMTC has to tell us in the coming days and weeks.

Based on your logic, the AS and OS have not yet been raised, wouldn't that make dilution anecdotal? Talk to me in a month.

also, with all due respect, fellow long.. no, none of us really "know" anything, including myself and yourself.. what we state is what we believe, based upon the best evidence that we can find.. and yes, we have had a rough couple weeks, but keep it in perspective, and look at the broader picture.. i bought this dam* stock not even a month ago at .0019, and after two "bad" weeks we are still hanging on to 3/4 of a penny.. remember that shareholders are actual people with human emotions that exist outside of a computer screen.. and many of these people are looking to make money fast, and when that doesn't happen in a day or two, they bolt, causing others to get nervous and lose their patience and so on and so on.. remember there have been people trying to short this stock, daytraders, and also people who have made their money and moved on.. there is more in play than just mm's, although they do piss alot of us off, they are not the beginning and the end of the story- mm's are only effective in a climate of doubt, in this scenario.. and unfortunately, we have had too much doubt in recent weeks than is warranted.. once this doubt begins to lift because of news, increased buying pressure, less sellers, or whatever, the shorts will move on, volume will increase, flippers will be outnumbered, and there will be nothing the mm's can do to prevent the pps from going higher.. don't give them more credit than they deserve- they are just that bully on the block with a big mouth that beats up the wimpy kids
