You're playing it smart. It's a win-win situation. There will always be some impatient sellers. I use the "let them come to you" strategy instead of chase. That way, if they come to you, you win (since EXTO is in an uptrend -- check out the weekly chart). Likewise, if they don't get the shares, you still win since your account value increases.
