littlejohn: Thanks for the update. I wouldn't want to own ocean front property on the Outer Banks. In the best case, they can expect a lot of beach erosion. If only the damn thing would shift to the east some. Film at 11:00, as the saying goes--11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning!
