OK Dr give me the news...

Balance, December 31, 2006
- - 338,833,500

Balance, December 31, 2007
- - 499,348,500

Balance, December 31, 2008
- - 499,348,500

Balance, December 31, 2009
- - 502,495,099

I think you are missing something...

if we had 499 million shares in 2008 then did a 10:1 forward split we would have around 5 BILLION shares here.

So lets break down the truth for the dilution obsessed...

Common stock Class A, no par value; unlimited shares authorized,
49,934,850 and 49,934,850 shares issued and outstanding during 779,050 779,050
2008 and 2007, respectively

http://www.kraiglabs.com/pdf/f10k2008_kraigEDGAR4.pdf

2008 10k 49,934,850 Shares

Weighted average number of shares outstanding
during the year/period - Basic and Diluted 504,115,849 499,733,160

http://www.kraiglabs.com/pdf%202/f10k2009%204.15.2010_kraigbio.pdf
2009 10k AFTER SPLIT
504,115,849 Shares. That is 50,411,585 Pre split shares
So the dilution for 2009 was 476,735 pre-split shares

now we have 580,290,676 That is a dilution of 76,174,827 shares in 2 years so about 40 million a year for the past 2 years. That is about 9% a year. That is nothing for a start up.
