Remember that when you sell, the proceeds from the sale take 3 business days to clear before you can use them again - this is when using a cash only account.
Example: say you buy xyz for $1000 and then sell for $1200. You won't be able to reinvest the $1200 for 3 business days, which is the amount if time it takes for the funds to settle.
