Not sure, but I know if you take margin off your account and use cash only you can day trade as much as you like. That's how I trade.

Wiz, when i started trading i got my self stuck in the same situation. my best advice is pull the money out with whoever your with now and open an account with someone else. 90 days is a long time to wait.

If this happens to you. This first time ask your broker for the one time break that they are allowed to give you. You will get your account back for trading in 3 to 5 bussiness days. I know it just happened to me A couple weeks ago.
