Are you suggesting when sales were being made that it possibly was not accounted for properly? I'm sure the tool sales and corresponding agreement for Glenn to sell them on EBAY will reconcile with EXPO bank statements at the time. Of course I may be wrong and certainly want to hear where they get their money [asides from the use of employees and D&D matching funds never submitted to the IRS]. I wonder how CIMA manufactures?? Certainly the triune entities of EXPO [that publically looks the same] wouldn't be trying to create an LLC with shift of assets during this troubling time?! I guess the SM will explain it all shortly?!
