The US is the most information friendly and available country in the world. There are several reasons for that including the rights of individuals to access public information. There are laws here that force corporations to make certain information available. Then there's Google and the like that search all public records and put that info into a format that makes it available to the public. I could on and on about how easy it is to gather information in this country, but I think you get that part of my point.
Now, China has no such public information laws. They could care less who wants to search for what. The only information that is publically available in China and many other communist countries is what the government allows which isn't much. Company's have no desire, obligation or reason to list associates in their search criteria. Therefore, WTFS could be doing business daily with company's like Weichai Power Co. and you would never find them as an affiliate of that company simply because Weichai Power Co. does not need nor care to insert them into their searchable company data base.
Assuming they are a scam based on your search results only exhibits your lack of knowledge concerning foreign company's and their countries. They are not the United States. We are great, they are not.
