Mr. Turrini does not believe communications with stockholders have been deficient under current circumstances and says he is doing his best but acknowledges that it could have been better. The BOD had five members (now four) when Mr. Pattin was aboard. According to Mr. Turrini, [the Board decided how to communicate with the shareholders and Dave Williams did so by requesting the Edgar codes and filing 8Ks. Recently, upon advice of security attorney, Turrini began filing the 8Ks on behalf of the company.] Turrini has not been paid a dime in three years and has used his own money to continue. He says the company owes him an additional 5 million shares in compensation (he already as 1.35M shares). He notes that the company [doesn't have money and officers cannot be accused of fraud under any circumstances]. He claims he has, four times, protected the company patents [and will continue to do so.]
