It must be the lack of ability to trade. I would have expected a price at or above .20 fairly quickly. I have no clue who is doing what to who, but if any of the bod is doing anything to hold back the company at this point they need to go. I see a question, who has the financials, if they are not where they will be helpful in getting them straightened out, why not ? Is the person holding them preventing the company from getting the stock back on the pink sheets? Whatever the situation we need answers and I hope this will be addressed at the forum. I personally don't believe it would take $300k to go through and figure out there was no income or list company expenses. Hopefully these issues will be put to rest at the forum.
