It could be. Is there an Equity Committee in place? Companies tend to use BK to get rid of as much liability as possible, common shares being one of them. I've been in enough BK stocks to know it doesn't matter how many insiders are holding. Good to hear they're getting all the financial backing. Hopefully they won't screw over the shareholders.
