Shorting! This stock is heavily shorted. I imagine that will ween off once it's "very clear" NXOI is on a path to recovery. I believe they are, but NXOI needs more buzz and worthy revenues. Pretty sure that's starting to happen, hence the reason we are now fairly stable in the .03's instead of the .01's.

Cause it's promoted, so there is a bunch of selling. Just look at the daily volume since the promo started. Promos are done for someone to dump shares. They paid $30k so I imagine they had a bunch of shares to dump.
