Soon is a relative term. Soon in the business world could mean next week, next month or next quarter. If people chose to interpret "soon" as next week and are disappointed that it didn't happen they have no one to blame but themselves...

I agree with your point of view based on where the company is in it's life cycle, but on the other hand, there may be some legal issues preventing the formal announcement. Just as A1 said from his conversation with SP/SH, they are giving HOST time to formulate their contract announcement. So while we dont know the exact details, it may not be up to TIVUS to hold back the announcement.

But I do agree that they should have probably waited to do the CC closer to the when they could announce, but I dont believe it was just a setup to wait and hold out on us.
