Homer, let's not lose sight of the fact that regardless of claims regarding the SEC, FBI, or Boyscout Troop 405, Dean does in fact have a securities fraud lawsuit pending right now with Bogdan, and my understanding is some motions were made for change of venue or what-not, but that it is proceeding with another date set. Motion to dismiss denied my friends.
Bogdan is not someone making "claims" about all the complaints filed, but a man who is an actual attorney, and has taken action, with the paperwork already posted on here to back it up.
It will be very interesting to see the outcome of that case. If Bogdan has any level of success against Dean, one would think that would open up the flood gates for an avalanch of legal trouble for Dean and crew.
The defense for Dean that he has made mistakes, and not the best CEO, and now he's getting help, and blah blah blah are all very touching, but Mr. Bogdan is strongly of the belief that Dean broke the law in multiple areas along the way, and they are officially going to court to find out. As they all do, this case will drag on and take some time, but everyone can save the nothing will ever happen to Dean speech, because you do not know that, and Dean IS going in front of a judge, and when that judge asks Dean to "prove" his DVIS was fully functional as he claimed when he said it was, I'm pretty sure that will carry a little more weight than if Mugs told him to prove it. Just MHO.....
