And if I remember correctly there is no sign on the gate or anything to indicate JBII was even there. Very low key place. That is why I thought perhaps I was in the wrong place. But I will be there next week if not sooner and maybe get a sneak peak if they let me.
Driving along the river walkway wouldn't help you much -- you'd be driving in the polar opposite direction of the plant. Are you sure you went to the correct address and not the Oxychem building across the street which is always empty with no guard and has a path between it and the river that people can drive on?
That would explain how you drove "all the way around the river walkway" since that's physically impossible to at the P2O plant but very easy to do at the Oxychem building. I think you had the wrong address dude lol. There is ALWAYS an armed guard at the P2O site in the little booth if not walking around briefly with no way to tell if anybody is inside the building (which there probably was).
Wrong place is all I can think, there is always a guard and plenty of work was being done the month of June. I think Rawnoc is correct in thinking you were at the wrong building. May have been only a few employees working and parking is at the side about 100 yards from the gate entrance. The processor is not very loud so you wouldn't hear or see anything going around the factory fence. It's possible only a few employees were working that day but even by some chance there were none there still would have been a guard. I can tell you that you won't get in without an appointment.
